If you are arriving over 15 minutes earlier or later than your confirmed time stated for your drop off on your rental agreement you will need to contact us. Failure to do so will result in a €20 fine as we work by your times stated on your booking, our staff are not always based at the airport all day, only for booking times. (All it takes is a phone call)
All drivers must be either over the age of 25, and held a full driving license for 3 years or more from the date of hire.
While the average customer hire length is between 1/2 weeks long, we do offer long term rentals. You will need to contact us regarding any rentals lasting unto 4 weeks or longer.
If you only require a car for only a few days, please note that even though we do not have a minimal time you can hire a vehicle we do have a minimal charge time of 3 days.
If you wish to amend your booking details you will need to do this via our website. When you made your booking you were asked to make a username and password, you will need to enter these onto THIS PAGE in order to amend your booking. If your booking is due to start within 10 days then email us and we can amend your booking for you free of charge. If your booking is not due to start in 10 days then you can still email us however this will incur a €25 administration fee for us to change your details for you. If you do make any changes to your booking please email us to advise at email@example.com.
To drive a Flamenca cars vehicle you must provide at the time of hire, an original full driving license, passport and rental agreement.
You have the option to pay your rent a car balance in full or as a 25% deposit at booking via credit or debit card, alternatively the full balance will be debited from your credit or debit card details provided on booking between 7-10 working days before you arrive. The price we quote is the price you pay.
You can not use a Lloyds or Halifax debit card, bookings are only confirmed once payment has been taken.
Cancellation & Refunds
To confirm your booking you are required to pay a deposit of 25% of the total car hire balance, in case of any cancellations you will be charged the 25%. If you cancel your booking within 7 to 10 working days prior to your arrival date you will be charged the full balance amount of your booking. If you have paid in full for your booking and cancel outside of the 7 to 10 days, you will lose 25% of the cost of your booking. The rest of the balance will be held as a credit on your account which you can use against your next booking, we do not offer refunds. If you wish to shorten your booking within/past the 7 to 10 days you will lose the days you have originally paid for. If you have paid in full and wish to shorten your booking outside of the 7 to 10 days, we will hold the amount difference as a credit on your account that can be used against your next booking. Any changes you make to your booking please let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need to cancel your booking you need to contact us via this email address to confirm your cancellation.
The CDW (Collision Damage Wavier) is included within the price shown online. The CDW (Collision Damage Wavier) does not cover loss of keys, tyres, traffic fines, incorrect fuel or any damage or loss of the radio equipment. The CDW is also made void if you fail to comply with any of your T&C's meaning that you will be responsible for any damages to the car and for their repair.
Any traffic violations or parking offences or any breach of laws, rules or local regulations will be paid in full by the hirer plus an additional 25€ administration fee.
Alcohol and Drugs
The hirer is fully responsible of the value of the vehicle, if it is found that the driver is involved in any kind of any incident or accident and is above the legal limits.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, please contact our 24 hour emergency breakdown cover (0034) 661 086 403 (0034) 913 939 030.
In the event of an accident you have to notify Flamenca Cars immediately on our contact number (0034) 661 086 403. You will need to stay with the vehicle at all times. You must take full details of all parties involved. Complete the accident form which is provided in the glove box of the vehicle (without completion of this form a claim cannot be made). Do not admit or accept responsibility for the accident unless you are 100% sure and understand everything that you are signing. Do not abandon the vehicle, Inform the police immediately of accident details or any injuries, police can be contacted on 112. If you fail to perform any of these steps will lead to your insurance being void leaving you responsible for all damages and repair costs.

Use of the vehicle
The vehicle hired to the hirer shall be the sole responsibility of the hire for duration of the rental period of the rental agreement contract, the following applies to all rentals:
Only those named on the rental agreement have permission to drive the vehicle.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle to transport goods.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle to tow other vehicles.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle to participate in races, competitions or challenges.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs or any other cause which may impair the ability to drive the car in a correct manner.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle to transport any pets/animals.
It is not permitted to smoke in any of our vehicles.
It is not permitted to use the vehicle to transport more passengers than law allows.
It is not permitted to modify the car in anyway, this included removal of any stickers on/in the car.
Flamenca Cars are not responsible for personal belongings being left inside the car during any time of a rental. As this not covered by our CDW.
Our fuel policy is that you receive the vehicle with a full tank and you are required to return the vehicle with a full tank. If the car is not returned with a full tank, the hirer is responsible for the cost of refuelling the car plus an administration fee of 25€. The car must be refuelled within 5km of the airport to which it's being returned. If your rental vehicle is filled with the wrong fuel you will be charged €375 plus the full refuelling of the vehicle.
All traffic fines will be charged to the hirer including a 25€ administration fee, the cost of any missing tools and tyres. If your flight is delayed and you arrive between the hours of 01:00 - 06:00 there will be a €40 charge.
Please return your rental vehicle in a reasonable condition or the hirer will be charged a full valet clean up to the value of €100

Highly recommended. So easy to useet staff in concourse and was on the road in less than 10 mins. All very straightforward with absolutely no hidden extras. The car we had was a full spec Citroen C4 with 95k but felt like a brand new car (with less dents and scratches than a 1k Nissan Micra I had in the summer from Hertz). Great staff. We have flown to Murcia for our holidays for many years and hirred a car each time. We had mixed results over the years with other suppliers, from total rip with upsales by staff at collection point to being ripped off after our return, with claims for damage that never happened. This company is FANTASTIC having read some of the dreadful reviews of the other companies at Corvera airport I cancelled a booking I had made and trusted the positive reviews that Flamenca cars had. It cost more than the previous booking but my goodness it was worth it. Apart from tyres all insurance is included in the price, no add ons at the airport.
