what Baby car seats do we offer
Tyres are the responsibility of the hirer, you must replace with the same model tyre on the vehicle, or if returned damaged we will charge you accordingly for new tyre.
Do I have breakdown cover?
we offer baby seats multi use front and rear facing, from 0-19kgs. we also offer booster seats
Why are our prices apparently more expensive than big companies?

Can more than one person drive the car?
It's very simple, they are apparently cheaper but when you collect your car they add huge and abusive extras ( Fuel insurance deposits) and the end total is multiplied by 4, We are very clear, what you see is what you get. The price we quote is the last price you pay with no hidden extras.
We do not take any holding deposit
You will receive the car on a full tank and you return back on a full tank there are no fuel surcharges.
Are there any hidden costs?
There is no limit to extra drivers, first additional driver free of charge, for any more additional drivers there is a surcharge of 20€ per driver- these details should be given at the time of hire.
Can I drive the vehicle out of Spain?
The price we quote is the price you pay, there are no hidden costs.
Do you have a 24 hour emergency number?
No - The vehicle is only insured for mainland Spain.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Over the age of 21 and have held a full drivers licence for over 3 years.
What information do you need to book?
All flights are monitored however if you could inform us on any flight delays from your local airport as flights are only monitored once departed. Just to inform you that if your flight is delayed and you arrive between hours of 01.00-06.00 there will be a charge of 40E. What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?
To confirm booking we require the following details:
Full flight details,
Full Spanish address,
Full Home Address,
Driving license numbers,
Credit card details and expiry date,
Mobile contact number
Please include any additional driver license numbers and passport numbers if required.
If I arrive in the middle of the night, is that a problem?
Can I waiver the excess?
To confirm booking you are required to pay a deposit of 25% of the total car hire balance, in case of any cancellations you will be charged the 25%.If you cancel your booking within 7 days of arrival you will be charge the full balance amount of you booking.
How can I pay?
Yes, you have the option to reduce to Insurance excess waiver €900 to €0 for an additional €3 per day.
What do you need from me when I arrive?
Deposit payment can be paid by debit or credit card. we do not accept american express. The details you provide at booking will be charged the balance upon arrival.
How long will I expect to wait for my car at the airport?
All paperwork is complete prior to your arrival.
You must print your car hire contract agreement and carry it with you along with your drivers license and passport for the full duration of your car hire.
What do I need to carry with me when I drive?
There are no airport queues, you are met at arrivals and shown straight to your car, we aim for you to leave the airport within ten minutes. All paperwork is completed prior to your arrival.
Is there a maximum age limit ?
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
A copy of your contract agreement, driving licence and passport.
What is your fuel policy, are there any additional charges on arrival?
Booking is confirmed once a deposit of 25% of total balance is paid, you will then receive confirmation and a copy of your contract rental agreement.
Can I hire a vehicle long term ?
Our fuel policy is that you receive the vehicle on a full tank of fuel and you are required to return the vehicle with a full tank, if the car is not returned full the hirer is responsible for the cost of refueling the car plus an administration fee of 25€, the car must be refueled within 5km of the airport to which its being returned.
Can I extend my booking once I have picked the vehicle up?

No, bookings are required at least 24hrs notice for airport pick up, car hire is only available for collection same day from the office during office hours 0930-1630 Monday to Friday.
