Can I collect the car from one airport and return it to a different airport?
Yes, There is additional fee of €50. You will need to book your car online from your arrive airport and select to return at the same location, once your booking is made please email us confirming your correct pick-up and return locations. We would then confirm your changes before charging you the €50 change of location fee. We will then amend the price and update your details and resend your new rental agreement.
What happpens if i refuel car with the incorrect Fuel Type?
You will be charged €375 plus the full refuelling of the vehicle.
What happens if i lose my car key?
You will be charged for a replacement key of €300, this is not covered by the extra €3 per day insurnace waver.
What happens if I get a flat tyre?
Tyres are the responsibility of the hirer. If any tyres get damaged or punctured you will need to replace the tyres before returning the car. We recommend you call 677 555 135, This (english speaking) mobile tyre service will come to the location of the car and replace the tyre. The new tyre must also be replaced with a same/similar brand like for like. If you return the vehicle and the tyre is damaged/punctured you will be charged accordingly the cost of replacement plus €25 admiration fee for the inconvenience and time. Tyres are not covered by the additional €3 per day insurance waver.
What baby car seats do you offer?
We offer baby seats multi use front and rear facing, from 0-19kgs. We also offer booster seats but do not provide booster seats with backs.
Can I have more than one baby/booster seat?
Yes, The first is free of charge. After that you can hire extra seats for €10 each.
I’ve completed my booking online but I have not received my agreement e-mail yet?
I’ve you’ve just completed the form then please wait up to 10 minutes. If after 10 minutes please check your spam mail box and that you have entered your email address correctly. If you have entered the wrong address or still unable to find your agreement then please Email us. Info@FlamencaCars.com
What details are needed for me to create an account online?
New User name (email address),
And a new User password.
The password that must contain the following:
Upper Case,
Lower Case.
And a Number
Can I smoke in your cars?
No, Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.
Do I have breakdown cover?

Why are our prices apparently more expensive than big companies?
It's very simple, they are apparently cheaper but when you collect your car they add huge and abusive extras ( Fuel insurance deposits) and the end total is multiplied by 4, We are very clear, what you see is what you get. The price we quote is the last price you pay with no hidden extras. We do not take any holding deposit You will receive the car on a full tank and you return back on a full tank there are no fuel surcharges.
Can more than one person drive the car?
There is no limit to extra drivers, first additional driver free of charge, for any more additional drivers there is a surcharge of 20€ per driver. this is automatically added to your total quote when making your booking online.
Are there any hidden costs or charges?
No, The price we quote is the price you pay. There are no hidden costs or extra charges, all paperwork is completed before your arrival.
Can I drive the vehicle out of Spain?
No, our vehicles are only insured to be driven for mainland Spain.

What is the minimum/maximum age for hire?
You must be over the age of 25 and have held a full drivers licence for over 3 years.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
All flights are monitored however if you could inform us on any flight delays from your local airport as flights are only monitored once departed. If your flight is delayed and you arrive between hours of 01.00-06.00 there will be a charge of €40. You can contact us on our contact number:

What information do you need to book?
To confirm booking we require the following details:
Full flight details,
Full Spanish address,
Full Home Address,
Driving license numbers,
Passport numbers,
Credit card details and expiry date,
Mobile contact number
Please include any additional driver license numbers and passport numbers if required.
What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?
To confirm booking you are required to pay a deposit of 25% of the total car hire balance, in case of any cancellations you will be charged the 25%. If you cancel your booking within 7 days of arrival you will be charge the full balance amount of you booking.
If I arrive in the middle of the night, is that a problem?
No, However if you arrive between hours of 01.00-06.00 there will be a charge of €40. You can contact us on our contact number:

Can I waiver the excess?
Yes, you have the option to reduce to Damage collision waiver (DCW) from €900 to €0 for an additional €3 per day. This can be added on the extras page during your booking.
How can I pay?
We accept Debit and credit card, but not American Express. your remaining balance will be debiting approximately 7 days before your arrival from your details you provided at booking.
What do you need from me when I arrive?
All paperwork is complete prior to your arrival. You must print your car hire contract agreement and carry it with you along with your drivers license and passport for the full duration of your car hire.
How long will I expect to wait for my car at the airport?
There are no airport queues, you are met at arrivals and shown straight to your car, we aim for you to leave the airport within ten minutes. All paperwork is completed prior to your arrival.
What do I need to carry with me when I drive?
A copy of your contract agreement, driving licence and passport.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Booking is confirmed once a deposit of 25% of total balance is paid, you will then receive confirmation and a copy of your contract rental agreement. Stating your deposit is paid or your have paid in full if you requested this option.
What is your fuel policy, are there any additional charges on arrival?
Our fuel policy is that you will receive the vehicle on a full tank of fuel and you are required to return the vehicle with a full tank as reseveied. If the car is not returned full, the hirer is responsible for the cost of refueling the car plus an administration fee of €25. The car must be refueled within 5km of the airport to which its being returned.

Can I Hire an Automatic car?
Yes, we have a number of automatic cars. Visit "Our Fleet" page to see our selection.
Can I book a car for today?
No, bookings are required at least 24hrs notice for airport pick up, car hire is only available for collection same day from the office during office hours 0930-1630 Monday to Friday.
